Mount Markham Connected Community Schools is holding another food giveaway on April 7 from 1:00 - 6:00 pm at Mount Markham High School! At this giveaway, there will be fun activities set up, so children can play while family members pick up free groceries.
Students grades 7-12 are proud to present this year's All School Musical - FROZEN JR.
A story of true love and acceptance between sisters, Frozen Jr. expands upon the emotional relationship and journey between Princesses Anna and Elsa. When Faced with danger, the two discover their hidden potential and the powerful bond of sisterhood.
Performances are Thursday, March 30th 7:00pm (doors open at 6:00pm), Friday, March 31st 7:00pm and Saturday, April 1st 2:00pm (doors open at 1pm) in the High School Auditorium.
Tickets are $10.00 adults, $5.00 seniors/students and $25 for a family of 4 or more and can be purchased at the door.

Mount Markham fifth grade visited Hamilton College for a day of hands-on science
activities! Our students became scientists for the day, as they learned about
biology, psychology, chemistry, physics, geology and astronomy.
On Thursday, students in Earth Science visited the MOST in Syracuse. It was a great day of problem-solving, collaboration and having fun while learning! Thank you to the MOMMS for helping fund the trip; students were able to watch an IMAX film in the National Grid Exploreadome!
Mrs. Trevisani's AP Language and Composition Class held a Synthesis Dinner Party to learn how to find connections within various sources. Today's topic was Artificial Intelligence, and students were able to collaborate, discuss alternating viewpoints, expand their knowledge base and have some snacks!

In Mrs. Brower's English 10 class, students participated in a Mystery Activity. All of the students communicated, collaborated and problem solved to figure out who committed the act. The class had a great time finding the evidence to come to a decision!
At Mount Markham Elementary School, some of our students are participating in an after-school music program on Tuesdays and Thursdays! Under the direction of Mrs. Winkler, students have been practicing cardio and bucket drumming, giving them the chance to work together and improve their ability to count music.
