Briana Fuller has been selected as the Mt. Markham Optimist Club 8th Grade Youth of the Month for December. Briana is the daughter of Erika and Jon Fuller of West Winfield, NY.
While in Middle School, Briana has been involved in the 5th Grade Science Fair, the Difference Makers, and C.F.E.S. Evelyn is a member of Junior FFA and the National Junior Honor Society. Briana has been on the Bronze and Silver Honor Roll throughout her middle school years. She has received 8 awards for horseback including the TallyHo Farms Sportsmanship and Best Course Memory awards. She has also received a 20 hour community service award.
Outside of school, Briana is involved in Girl Scouts, 4H, Horseback at TallyHo Farms, and Dance, where she is working towards her Gold Presidential Service Unit Award. Briana volunteers at the Fish Fry dinners held at the VFW. She was the Buddy Poppy Ambassador with the VFW. Briana’s future plans include attending college to be a Veterinarian. Briana would like to thank her second grade teacher, Mrs. Welch, her fourth grade teacher, Mrs. Maine, as well as all of the rest of her teachers for all the positive guidance. She would also like to thank her family for all the support and pushing me to try my hardest to achieve my goals.
