The nominator shared, “Nicolette goes above and beyond in her duties as instructional coach and dean of students in the middle school. She makes sure all staff is aware of everything that is going on in the building, meets and takes the time to talk to the students and check in on them later to make sure they are succeeding or getting what they need. This building runs better with her in it and she is treasure!
