Smart Schools Bond Act

The Smart Schools Bond Act was passed by New York State voters in 2014. The vote allocated $2 Billion dollars to New York State schools and just over $1.4 million to Mount Markham. These funds can be used to increase school connectivity, purchase instructional technology, increase community connectivity and improve campus high-tech security. During the last several months, our network coordinator, John-Henry Lane, has worked with stakeholder groups to develop a Smart School Investment Plan (SSIP). These resources are included below.
